Refund Policy

Refunds are processed by our Billing Department during standard business hours:

Monday through Friday, 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Eastern Time

(Closed on all Federal holidays.)

All transactions are subject to the following refund terms:

Eligibility for Refunds

i. Customers are eligible for a 100% refund within 24 hours of initial services rendered, provided no work has been completed.

ii. In such cases, a customer support representative will verify access to the relevant listing, revert any changes, and process a full refund.

Non-Refundable Circumstances

i. Buyer's remorse or cancellations due to external pressure (e.g., from a third party) do not qualify for a refund.

ii. If work has been completed, including changes made to business listings or the initiation of SEO services, the transaction is non-refundable.

All customer service calls are recorded. If a customer expresses intent to receive SEO or listing services, that communication may be considered as authorization for fulfilment, and no refund will be issued once services are delivered.
